1. The initial subscription period includes three issues (three months) and will be billed in advance on a monthly basis by BMTI GmbH. During the first three months, the subscription can be cancelled by notice no later than one month prior to the end of the prepaid term. After the three-month period, the subscription will become automatically a yearly subscription starting from the first issue after the introduction period. The yearly subscription fee will be billed in advance and the subscription can be cancelled with at least one month's notice prior to the end of the prepaid term. The report will be delivered as long as sufficient payments have been received.
2. The BMTI Shipping Finance Focus will be sent to us once a month via Internet as an attached document (Adobe Acrobat PDF).
3. BMTI GmbH is the sole owner of the copyright of the BMTI Report. Prior arrangements will be made in writing should we wish to copy, re-distribute or forward the BMTI Report in full or in part by any means (e.g. for affiliates, subsidiaries, etc.). BMTI reserves the right to sue for loss or damage resulting from the illegal distribution or forwarding of the BMTI Report.
